Kitchen Nightmares tonight has Chef Ramsay going back to several of the restaurants he has helped in the past to see how they are doing. Will he find that he has kept these businesses on track or will they be heading down the wrong path again. This season, we have seen restaurants that were plagued by deeper issues than just food. This has the potential to pop back up with even the best of plans. Ramsay gives these businesses the basic plan for a new start but sometimes the best advice can be ignored. The show starts at 8pm on FOX. If you miss any details please be sure to check back here for a full recap of tonight’s episode.
The first stop is at Mojitos in Brooklyn. The couple was having relationship problems. Marcelo and Kata were a disaster. Ramsay got the couple working together and the service was a success but did it last? Back at the restaurant, Ramsay finds that the business is doing well. Kata says they are working better together now and that business is up by over 30% and in 6 months they will be out of debt. Marcelo says that he is in charge of buying stock now and that he keeps the stock room well organized. Now for the food, Marcelo surprises Ramsay with some new dishes and he loves it. Kata’s mom is helping to keep the peace. Chef tries to see if the couple can work out their personal relationship and they say that is not in the picture.
Next we go to White House Station New Jersey and Flamangos Restaurant and the owner Adele was a nightmare. She was rude to everyone at the restaurant and the place looked like a zoo when he first got there. The food was horrible and the service was slow. Now Ramsay tried his best to get a new menu and finally got the restaurant on track but did it last? When the Chef walks back into “The Junction” as it was renamed in the first show, he fins out that Cheryl (The daughter of Adele and Paul) is still living at home. Adele is in the kitchen and she tells him she is better to her staff and her attitude has changed. Adele says business is different because they cater to a different set of people. He now tries the food and the Meatloaf is great . Cheryl says business has doubled since the change. Looks like this business is on track to succeed. Ramsay gives Cheryl a present and it is an alligator to replace the one he burned in the first episode.
The third stop tonight is Bazzini’s in Ridgewood, New Jersey and the owner was a very angry person in the first visit. He was terrible to work with and belittled the staff at every opportunity. The dessert was the only thing that was good on the menu. Paul, the owner just didn’t care about the food or the business. Ramsay tried to get the owner to care about his business and the restaurant was made over with a new menu. When Chef Ramsay returns, he finds the restaurant is closed at lunch time. He calls Sharon, the waitress Sharon and he finds out that the restaurant is closed for good now. He pays her a visit and finds out that the restaurant never opened for lunch again after the show and closed up shortly after. She now has a business where she bakes desserts and is doing fine.
Well, two out of three of Ramsay’s projects have been successful. That’s a pretty good track record. If you have a comment, please leave it below.
