Doctor Oz is talking about how to target your diet today based on what your specific body type needs to shed those pesky pounds. The show opens with Oz saying that everyone can change their body shape in 5 days. He says that science has proven that fat can be targeted by replacing one meal a day and tell the body to melt away the pounds. For a big bottom, the red clover meal is designed for busting bottom fat. Pasta primavera with whole grain pasta, edimame, and red clover tea tea. You should have 2 cups of red clover tea with this meal. For a big belly, Oz says by trimming 2 inches from your waste, you will decrease your chance of disease by 50%. The meal is called the CLA breakfast. It is eggs, cheese, avocado, tomato and use CLA capsules. You need 1000mg of CLA daily. For women who are big on top, the L Carnatine lunch will boost your metalbolism. Make a salad with corn, black beans, sour cream and use an L Carnatine supplement. Big thighs are a common problem in women and is one of the toughest things to lose. To get rid of big thighs, you should eat a liquid lunch with whey protein, banana, flaxseed, and blueberries. If you don’t want to make this you can use a whey protein drink.
Lisa Lynn is on the show now and they are talking about Raspberry Ketones. Edipo Nectin is a hormone that tricks your body to make it think it is thin. Oz gives us a demonstration on how Raspberry Ketones actually make your cells get rid of fat. These are available online and you need about 100mg at breakfast. You would have to eat 90 pounds of fresh raspberries to get the same amount of the Ketone in the pills. Oz points out that this will help you but permanently losing weight is a lifestyle change and you can’t just rely on a pill.
Stacy Cox is the next guest and she is talking of how to look thinner with your wardrobe. She gives tips on how to accent your good parts while hiding your problem areas. Stacy says this will give you instant confidence and actually help you in keeping your diet on track. Oz has some of the audience volunteer for a makeover and the transformations are amazing. Stacy says the key to losing weight is feeling good about yourself and by changing your look to highlight your good parts, you will be more likely to succeed in your goals.
In the fourth segment, Oz shows us how to eat healthy at your favorite restaurants. Scott Conant and Danielle Freeman go to some big eateries and pick their favorites. Applebee’s sizzling asian shrimp has only 470 calories and is great. Olive Garden’s venetian apricot chicken has only 400 calories and 7g of fat. Ruby Tuesday’s spaghetti squash marinara is a healthy veggie alternative. Red Lobster’s rock lobster tail has only 150 calories and 4g of fat. Pizzaria Uno has a Mediterranean thin crust pizza that has great flavor and is healthy. Eating these will keep your diet on track and let you go out to eat every once in a while.
The final segment has Cindy Watson and she has 5 products to make you look beautiful. Tinted SPF moisturizer protects and hydrates your skin. Mascara gets your lashes longer and thicker. Lip/Cheek stain can be used to tint your cheeks and can double as lip stick. Nail Polish will keep older nails looking good. A finishing spray for your hair will keep your hair shiny and healthy looking.
