Today Doctor Oz is showing us new scientific studies that say we can turn our body into a fat burning machine by snacking on the right foods. Starvation is no way to successfully lose weight and keep it off. There have been many studies over the years on “catabolic” foods that burn more calories than they actually provide. This was even a popular diet at one time for those that could stick to it. Dr. Oz is taking this one step further by showing us snacks we can eat at certain times of the day to boost our metabolism and rev up the fat burning process.
