Dr. Oz has new tricks to lose weight geared toward your specific body type today and he has Paula Deen’s son Bobby on the show to show us how to make his mother’s recipes with less calories and fat. Any Oz fan knows that your body type defines how you need to eat to lose weight. Last year, Oz had several shows based on diets geared toward a specific type of body. Whether you are heavy on the bottom, heavy on top, or heavy all over, Oz has a plan today to get your weight under control.
Last year, Oz talked about pear, apple and box type bodies and the specific ways to rev up the fat burning furnace of each one. For those that did not catch this episode, pear types are heavy on the bottom, apple types are heavy in the middle with skinny legs and arms, and box types are a little of both. Today’s guests are Dr. Jeffery Rediger and Dr. Jim Nicolai and hopefully they will expand the discussion on what is needed to lose weight for each of these three body types. Bobby Deen will also be on the show today to give us some new healthy ways to make his mom’s famous recipes. Paula Deen is known for good old Southern Style cooking but this is usually not healthy. Paula is now diabetic and has had to change her ways a bit. Bobby will talk about how we can keep the flavor without hurting our body.
