Dr. Oz, May 7, 2013, promises brand new solutions for chronic pain and he has assembled a whole team of doctors to deal with all you major problems. Lisa Lillien, The Hungry Girl, will also be on the show to give us new 5 minutes fixes for your biggest problems with food. Pain is something most of us deal with on a daily basis. Usually, we get a little ache in our neck or a twinge in a joint but some of us deal with excruciating pain daily that threatens to keep us from enjoying life. Oz will give us simple solutions for that chronic pain that promises to get us back in the game so we can do the things we love to do.
Lisa Lillien has made her career out of showing people how to eat more and still lose weight. She has been on Oz many times and has given us ways to bulk up our meals and still keep the calories down. Who can forget her classic way to make our Mac and Cheese in a way that makes our brains think we are eating a lot while the calories are very low. Since that show, I have added cauliflower to a lot of dishes like mashed potatoes and you really can’t taste the difference. Adding veggies that just absorb the flavor of whatever food they are mixed with has helped our family trim the fat and my son never even notices the difference.
So what pains will Doctor Oz focus on today? You will have to tune into the show to find out. If you can’t watch the show, please check back here on CMR for our full recap at 4pm eastern time. We bring you all the latest news Doctor Oz is talking about five days a week.
