DWTS was all about Cher last night as she was the special guest judge and all of the remaining 7 contestants performed to her songs. Leah Remini and Bill Engvall must have a huge fan base because they are voted safe again, even though they are the bottom scorers. Amber Riley really stepped it up with her Rhumba and received the highest score of the night with a 28.
Engvall showed us a disappointing disco routine that only managed a score of 24. Remini did a Viennese Waltz that looked disjointed at times and got a score of 25. Elisabeth Berkley Lauren also got a 25 for her Jazz number. We really felt Elisabeth just wasn’t really into this dance tonight and her low score showed the judges also noticed it. Corbin Bleu got a score of 27 for his Argentine Tango. The judges were a little harsh there and it seemed nobody would be seeing a magic 30 tonight. Jack Osbourne got a 27 for his Tango and he deserved it. Jack is another contestant that seems to have good weeks and bad ones.
Brant Daugherty did a respectable Foxtrot and he also got a score of 27. Fate was not on his side tonight as he is the one eliminated in another shocker this week. With the scores so tight and ranging between 24 and 27, this will be another nail biter next week. We know that Remini and Engvall seem to be teflon coated but can that last another week?
Brant Daugherty was graceful in his exit but you could see the disappointment in his face as he said his goodbyes. Check back next week for the latest results of DWTS 2013.
