What Are Black Soybens
Black soybeans are really like supercharged soybeans in that they are loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids, protein, high in fiber, vitamin K, iron, phytonutrients, magnesium, copper, manganese, and riboflavin. They are also low in carbs and this makes them a great substitute for things like Black Beans. According to health.com, recent studies done in Korea have show them to help reduce the risk of Thrombosis. With all of those nutrients, it is no wonder Oz is calling them a weight loss superstar. he is always talking about how we need protein to feel fuller longer. the rest of the nutrients packed in these little beans makes them a great way to get your body what it needs without loading up on calories or carbs.
Can Hemp Seed Actually Improve Memory
According to livestrong.com, hemp seeds actually stimulate the production of a brain enzyme called calcineurin. This enzyme plays a big role in brain synapse function. A study by the University of Michigan found that hemp seeds increased production of calcineurin in mice and they gained memory function. Look for Oz to give us all the specifics today.

Dr. Oz. I am on Coumadin and I would like to know how much vitamin K is in black soy beans. I have to be very careful of how much Soy I eat and must eat about the same amount each day. I don’t want to add black soy beans if they are as high in K and regular soy.
Will the Hemp Seed give you a violated drug test for employment.
