Dr. Oz Show Today March 20: 2 Week Rapid Weight Loss Plan Update

Dr. Oz started the year off with a revolutionary lifestyle eating plan that promised amazing results in just 2 weeks and it has been proven to work with most people. Most of the audience members that participated lost an average of 9 pounds on this diet in just 14 days. Oz has always said that long term weight loss has to be part of a lifestyle change. This “quick fix” diet was actually just a disguised way to change your eating habits and get you thinner. CMR reached out to our regular readers to share their results after using this plan over 2 months and we have some great news.

Two of our readers, Jennifer from Wisconsin and Melinda from Miami, Florida have both used the plan for over two months. Jennifer says the first 2 weeks were the toughest as she had to get used to doing without her daily dose of 3 cups of coffee loaded with cream and sugar. She said she has no cravings for coffee at all now. Jennifer sticks to the diet for 2 weeks and then “cheats” a little by adding some dairy and a sugary treat 2 times a week. After “cheating for a full 2 weeks she goes back to the strict diet plan. Jennifer has lost over 45 pounds in 2 months time and she says she feels better now than she did 20 years ago.

Melinda only used the strict diet form for the first 2 weeks. She stuck with Oz’s recommendations about what to add after the 2 weeks are up. Melinda says she gives herself one day a week for a treat but since she has been following the plan, her treats are now healthier things like a fruit cocktail made from fresh fruit. Melinda says she has found a new love for fruits and they have taken the place of the cakes and cookies she used to snack on. Melinda has lost 26 pounds in the time she has followed this plan.
