On today’s edition of “The Doctors”, the doctors discuss a great way to give yourself that well-needed morning boost, but the most amazing part of this new energy boost, is that it does not require or have any caffeine in it.
Like anyone else, the waking up and starting the day in the early morning can be difficult, but this new energy boost could be a great all-natural key. A typical morning energy boost that is common in a majority of people’s homes and in our society is coffee. Coffee has many boosting properties to it, namely the caffeine in it that helps give people that extra kick in the morning to start their day off.
Unfortunately, too much caffeine can have negative health side-effects, largely due to overconsumption. The typical side-effects when ingesting too much caffeine are irritability, restlessness, muscle tremors or fast heartbeats, nervousness, or even insomnia. The average person should only drink roughly 500-600 milligrams of caffeine per day, or else the negative effects will occur.
This new all-natural boost does not go into a person’s coffee, but rather, can placed in their coffee mugs or elsewhere. This all-natural booster is flowers. According to studies done by Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital, by putting flowers in your coffee mug before using it or around your house where you can see it, it can cause an energy boost in people that according to tracking, was able to last throughout the day. The reported effects of seeing flowers around them are also feeling happier, and less anxiety during the day.
