Strangely enough, GSN says they aren’t aware of any lawsuit filed yet by Wilson, but maybe they’re waiting for the answer to get loaded onto a board somewhere?

I’ve been stiffed by employers before, but never as bad as Wilson has allegedly been stiffed. Her back pay is definitely worth suing over!

However, US Magazine also says Jennifer Lopez has been hired to be a judge and that Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler will replace Simon Cowell. The show will go back to having only three judges.

J Lo will make a great judge but she’ll be too nice, just like Paula was. However, that seems to be necessary. Steven Tyler? Well, is he sober? Sober and clean he might be great judge. Otherwise, I don’t know. If Aerosmith doesn’t even want him, do we?

Snooki has a boyfriend and things are getting serious and she is serious about keeping things real with him, though she is ticked off about the tax increase on tanning. The crew jumped in their cars and took a road trip to Miami. Things seem to be tense between Ronnie and Sweetheart now that they have split. Vinny’s main goal is to bang everything, and Angelina is back to party. Pauly D and The Situation got some fireworks but before they could them in the air, they got stuck in the mud. Snooki ordered fried pickles and it was a religious experience for her.

The race is on to see who will get to the house first, who gets the good beds, and the winner is Pauly D and The Situation. Next to show up was Angelina, which sent shockwaves through the house. The next person through the door was Sammi Sweetheart. Vinny walked in and got hugs and highfives all around from the guys. Ronnie waltzed in and found a bed in Vinny’s room. The last ones through the door were of course, Snooki and Jenni JWOWW, they were not happy to see Angelina. Snooki is going to act like Angelina isn’t even there.

Angelina was getting close to Ronnie and Sammi Sweetheart promised that if they ever hooked up she wouldn’t hesitate to kick their butts. The crew got ready to go out and party. Sparks flew between the girls and of course Angelina started it all. When the arrived at the club tension was clouding the room, however no amount of tension kept them from drinking and fist pumping. But then Ronnie and Sammi got in a fight, it looks like this first night is ending up to be a bad one. Ronnie left Sammi behind and got a little too crazy at an adult themed club.

First to learn the results were Kent and Jose, and as usual, Kent is safe and Jose was in the bottom three.

After that, Adechike and Billy learned their results. Since Billy was on fire last night, it was a HUGE a surprise to learn that Adechike was safe and Billy was in the bottom three.

Then Lauren and Robert came forward. They both had fabulous nights last night, but one of them has to be in the bottom three, and it was Lauren who landed in the bottom three.

At this point I’m starting to think about producer machinations. Lauren has no business being in the bottom three, but with her mysterious trip to the medic at the end of the show, and no word whatsoever on what is wrong with her, I think it’s entirely possible that they put her in the bottom three so they can let her go for a medical reason.

Just sayin…we’ll know more in a few minutes!

Jose, Lauren and Billy danced their solos and all three did their usual: Jose did a break dance, Billy did a ballet (?) and Lauren did a contemporary dance.

The judges made their decision. Nigel told Jose that they never anticipated that he would turn out to be as good as he turned out to be. He told Billy that his slightly androgenous style is connecting with producers and directors and choreographers around the world. He told Lauren that she is safe. Which means that Billy and Jose are going home!

Many will be glad to see her go, but maybe not everyone. The executive producer Simon Fuller said, “I loved Ellen’s passion for the artists and her nurturing skills. She brought honesty and optimism to our judging panel and I will miss her greatly.”

All I can say is thank god she is leaving. Ellen DeGeneres never has and never will know anything about what it takes to be a singing superstar. I’m just glad I don’t have to listen to her trying to judge this coming season of American Idol.

It is 1,000 times more dramatic and just, overall, 1,000 times better than ‘Jersey Shore’ 1,” an enthusiastic JWoww told MTV News. “More drama, make-ups, breakups, fights, and everyone became really close as a family, so it’s just insane.” The cast is super excited for the premiere, as they take time from filming season 3.

“You’ve seen season one, you know what happens there!” The Situation said. “Season two is so much drama. There’s so much more hookups, make-ups, breakups, the whole nine, and you guys are definitely going to love season two. Sit back and relax! You guys can see how to party!”

Set your DVR’s if your not going to be at home at 10pm tonight, and if your going to be home, get your popcorn and friends in a room with a TV and soak in all the GTL and fist pumping you can get.

The stress of not knowing whether or not he was going home made Andrew break out in tears, then he went on a rampage and walked into the girls’ bathroom to tell Kristen to not play him like a fiddle and that ended up in a huge fight. I think Andrew is making a huge target on his back just like Annie did when she thought she was going home. The Brigade is wondering if they should keep Andrew just to keep the focus away from the Brigade. Before the voting Andrew exposed Hayden and Kristen’s secret showmance. He basically dug his own grave.

The votes fell with Kristen voting for Andrew, Rachel voting for Andrew, Britney voting for Andrew, Enzo voting for Andrew, Brendon voting for Andrew, Lane voting for Andrew, Hayden voting for Andrew, Regan voting for Andrew. With a unanimous vote to send Andrew home, Kathy is safe for another week.

Then after all that drama the head of household competition took place involving the contestants facing off based off previous competitions with three answers the first to buzz in stays (if right);  if no one buzzes in both are knocked out. Once again Rachel is head of household and the Brigade takes a step down.

Now America can vote who they would like to become the new Saboteur, and Matt would make a great Saboteur.

Lately Snooki has had musical love for all the guys in the house.

“My favorite track is obviously Pauly D’s track,” she told us about her fellow cast-mate. When asked what her favorite song was from the soundtrack for Jersey Shore, she says that Pauly D’s song is her all time favorite. ”It’s his first track on an album, and I’m very proud of him.” However there was enough Snooki love to go around. When Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino recorded his club-ready song, in which he raps, “I ain’t at a bar to get drunk alone/ I’m gonna take a hottie home.” Snooki has this to say “Mike’s track is pretty good,” Snooki said. “I’m proud of him.”

Kent was up first, doing a Cha Cha with Anya. Nigel said Kent started as a boy, and now he’s man, even if his hands curl up a little bit. Toni said it was much better than last time. Mia babbled something and Adam said it was a super-solid performance but he needs more length.

Next up was Robert, dancing a contemporary number with Kathryn. Nigel told him he loved the connectivity of it and that he has grown. Toni said she would want to be the woman Robert dances with. Mia babbled something and Adam said Robert killed him.

Jose’s solo was next, and he really threw some new moves in, ones that look like he is frozen in impossible positions for a couple seconds, kind of like the stop motion filmography that was introduced in “Matrix.”

Adechike was next, dancing Jazz with Courtney. Adam said it was balls out dancing (yes, on live TV!). Mia babbled about something, then Toni said it looked fun. Nigel said he needed to be a bit more abandoned.

Lauren’s solo was next, a lovely contemporary piece to “A Natural Woman.”

Jose danced hip hop with Comfort next. Nigel loved the cool vibe and old school feel of it, but felt it was not Jose’s style and was uncomfortable with it. Toni disagreed and said she loved it. Mia babbled something and Adam said it was supposed to be more intimate and less fun.

Nigel also let us in on the fact that Jose has been suffering from a groin injury, and dancing his required numbers anyway. He didn’t participate in the Thursday dances though, to rest it a little.

Billy’s solo was next for a solo routine. He did a contemporary routine that was stellar. It had a bit of crunk in it, I thought. Fascinating!

After that, Kent danced his solo. Contemporary of course but with such passion! He actually did a flip and landed flat on the floor (on purpose).

Lauren danced a Broadway dance with Allison. Their mission was to show up the guys with how strong they are. Adam said he thinks of Lauren as an All-Star already and had nothing to criticize. Mia babbled something and Toni complimented her on her dancing and on her facial expressions. Nigel slipped and said he had never seen this routine on AMERICAN IDOL before! Whooops! Apparently Nigel is thinking about his possible judging position! When he recovered from that, he praised Lauren for her DANCING.

Robert danced his solo next, a beautiful contemporary dance. I could be wrong but it looked a lot like last week’s solo?

Billy danced a contemporary dance next with Ade. Nigel said he was glad they kept Billy because if they hadn’t, they wouldn’t have had the privilege of seeing that dance. Toni said it was a choreographer’s dream and that it was incredible. Mia babbled something and Adam said Billy was just born on the show.

Adechike danced his solo next, and he chose a contemporary piece to “Pretty Wings.” He is such a powerful dancer! I swear one of his jumps was at least six feet in the air!

Jose and Kent danced together next. They did a Broadway dance that was about two construction workers who see a hot lady go by and they both want her. Adam said it was fantastic. Mia babble something and Toni said the characters suited both of them very well. Nigel said Kent danced it brilliantly and Jose got kudos too.

Lauren danced with Adechike next, doing  a foxtrot. Nigel wasn’t too complimentary although he praised their connectivity and sultriness. Toni said the ballroom style was off but enjoyed how they got into the character. Mia babbled something and Adam said Lauren was just dancing not competing, and praised Adechike’s partnering.

Last, Robert danced Bollywood with Billy. Nigel said it was fantastic and what a way to finish the show. Toni said that Robert is a big, cheesy hamburger (she loves hamburgers) and Mia babbled something. Adam said it was such a huge night for Billy but Robert was brilliant.
