Boston (CMR) - The top 10 music moneymakers have been announced by Forbes magazine.
Alberta’s Nickelback used album sales and a strong US tour to come in at number 9.
Madonna’s ‘Confessions’ tour rocketed her to number 4 as she earned a solid $85 Million US.
The number one spot went to the Rolling Stones who earned over $150 Million US, the bulk of it coming from their tour.
The fastest way for an artist to make a huge amount of money is to go on tour, according to Forbes.
