Spice Girls Explain Reason For Shorter Tour

New York (CMR) - News of a shortened Spice Girls reunion tour was announced recently, but the cause for the cancellation was unclear — until now.
In a recent inverview with E!, the Girls explained that it all had to do with the babies.

Melanie Chisholm, aka Sporty, responded to recent reports saying, “You know what, we ain’t wrapping the tour early, we’ve actually gone longer than we intended to. We were always going to finish at the end of January because as you know all the girls have children and we all have serious commitments, family commitments and nothing is more important than that right?”

The British singers put down rumours that they were ending their tour early, noting that they didn’t realize there would be so much demand in the US and UK and that they’ve simply run out of time.

“It’s exploded,” Geri told Traci. “We’re really grateful.”
