American has voted, and Kristy Lee Cook's American Idol run has ended.

Los Angeles (CMR) - American has voted, and Kristy Lee Cook’s American Idol run has ended.

Earlier today CMR predicted Carly would be the Idol going home.

Kristy sang “Forever.” While Paula was “blown away,” the rest of America didn’t agree.

Cook was no stranger to the bottom three, having been there almost every week.

Joining Cook in the bottom three this week was Brooke White and Syesha Mercardo.

This weeks idol mentor, Mariah Carey also performed a song from her newly released album E=MC2.

The final American Idol’s are Brooke White, David Cook, Syesha Mercardo, Jason Castro, Carly Smithson and the favorite, David Archuleta.
