Los Angeles (CMR) - Paris Hilton’s catchphrase “that’s hot” has a whole new meaning.

India has banned her video “Stars are Blind” for being too racy.

The country’s ratings board gave it an adult certification, meaning it cannot be broadcast on any television channel.

According to reports, the board made its decision due to the video’s sexual connotations.
