Los Angeles (CMR) - Former model Anna Nicole Smith has died at the age of 39 after collapsing in her hotel room at a Florida Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
Smith was found unconscious in her hotel room and rushed off to a hospital.
Reports indicate that she may have died before reaching the emergency room.
The former playmate was said to be in good health and was seen last month showing off new body art to Hulk Hogan during a boxing match.
Smith’s son Daniel died of a drug overdose in September. Smith leaves behind a 5 month old daughter.
