Anna Nicole Smith Found Dead UPDATE

Los Angeles (CMR) - An autopsy earlier today revealed no illegal substances were found in Ms. Smith’s system. This discredits Anna Nicole’s mother who earlier today said drugs probably contributed to her daughter’s death.

Police also confirmed that no evidence suggests foul play was a factor.

Meanwhile, A third party has come forward claiming to be the father of 5 month old Dannielynn. Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Frederick von Anhalt, says he was with Smith around the time she became pregnant and that they shared a decade long affair.

An L.A. judge has ruled for a preservation of Smith’s body until Feb.20 to solve the confusing paternity situation.
