Alec Baldwin Says Sorry For Calling His Daughter Names

April 23, 2007 · Print This Article

Los Angeles (CMR) - Alec Baldwin has apologized for the angry voicemail he had left his 11-year-old daughter, Ireland.

Baldwin wrote a note on his website saying that he was “sorry for losing my temper with my child.”

He also said that he was “saddened” that the recording was released publicly because of what it might do to his daughter.

Baldwin had called Ireland, a quote, “rude, little pig” because he said she purposely didn’t answer his phone call.

Baldwin and ex-wife Kim Basinger have been bitterly fighting for custody of Ireland for over 3 years.
