New York (CMR) It’s an unusual match, but hopefully it won’t leave film critics limp — get it?
Ice Cube is set to star in a new flick called Comeback, and the director will be none other than Fred Durst. The flick, about a former high school football star is set for a late 2008 release.

The project, described as “an inspirational sports drama,” will be based on the true story of Jasmine Plummer, the 11-year-old quarterback who became the first female player in the history of Pop Warner football.
