Baby Dannielynn Inherits Millions

Los Angeles (CMR) - Anna Nicole Smith’s 18 month old daughter, Dannielynn was reported to be the new recipient of a “mega-million” dollar estate which the former actress and Playboy model had left her.
A trust will be set up in Baby Dannielynn’s name, with her father Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern, who was Smith’s former boyfriend, as the child’s co-trustees.
The inheritance of the estate was stipulated in Anna Nicole’s will, which originally mentioned her son Daniel as the heir, but he died in 2006.
According to the New York Post, they can be talking about hundreds of millions worth of possessions, not only the estate, which originally belonged to J. Howard Marshall, the oil tycoon husband of Anna Nicole who died in 1995. Smith and Marshall married in 1994, when the tycoon was at the age of 89.
It can be recalled that Anna Nicole died because of suspected drug overdose in Hollywood, Florida in February of the year 2007.
Following her death, paternity was proven and custody of her child, Dannielynn was granted to photographer Larry Birkhead.
Baby Dannielynn is now living in Kentucky with her dad. The toddler was reported to have been diagnosed with strabismus, an eye disorder, but reports claim that she is on her way to recovery.
