Los Angeles (CMR) – California law enforcement is cracking the whip on Shia LaBeouf.

A judge issued an US$1,000 bench warrant yesterday for the Indiana Jones star after he was a no show for a court appearance.

The actor had a scheduled hearing yesterday regarding a misdemeanor charge of unlawful smoking stemming from an incident in February.

We’re sure just had his hands full with other things – like outrunning giant boulders and stealing treasure.

Shia LaBeouf will star along side Harrison Ford in the new India Jones movie later this summer.
