It has always been an issue as to how far Hollywood celebrities would go to stay beautiful. From various cosmetic treatments, both surgical and non-surgical, the beauty regimens of the hottest stars are always under public scrutiny.

Los Angeles (CMR) - It has always been an issue as to how far Hollywood celebrities would go to stay beautiful. From various cosmetic treatments, both surgical and non-surgical, the beauty regimens of the hottest stars are always under public scrutiny.

Even more so, the public follows suit by availing of the same treatments. Here is the latest buzz on Hollywood beauty secrets and some comments, as reported by EOnline.

Demi Moore, after appearing on “The Late Show with David Letterman” recently, admitted to having undergone a special anti-aging treatment in Austria.

Leech therapy, as she calls it, helps purify her blood and remove toxins for that youthful glow. Her beauty confession actually left the comedic “Late Show” host squeamish.

Young star Ashley Tisdale of “High School Musical” was reported to have had a nose job to repair a deviated septum and repair imperfections she obtained when her nose was broken as a child.

Critics however were wondering why the young actress and singer had to change the appearance of her nose following the surgery.

Tisdale admits to having had the surgery because of a medical reason, and she does not patronize cosmetic surgery in any way. There were even rumors that spread about the teenager having breast augmentation, which the Tisdale denied.
