“Late Night” with Jimmy Fallon

New York (CMR) - “Saturday Night Live” alum, Jimmy Fallon, has officially scored the “Late Night” spot on NBC at 12:35 a.m., replacing funnyman Conan O’Brien.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 33-year-old Fever Pitch actor will be taking over O’Brien’s chair in 2009.
Meanwhile, O’Brien will be succeeding Jay Leno on the “Tonight Show” at 11:35 p.m. when Leno retires.
The official announcement from NBC is scheduled for a release on May 12 in New York, although O’Brien’s move was already confirmed in 2004.
