Angela Basset Enters “ER”

Los Angeles (CMR) - According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 15th and final season of “ER” will be seeing How Stella Got Her Groove Back star, Angela Bassett, on a regular basis.
The 49-year-old Akeelah and the Bee actress will be joining the cast as a hardcore attending from the second episode on.
Executive producer John Wells said, “Angela is a wonderfully talented actress whom I’ve long hoped to work with.”
Also joining the medical drama from the original “ER” cast is Noah Wyle who is anticipated to appear in at least four episodes.
