Ellen Page Signs on to “Jane Eyre”

Los Angeles (CMR) - Variety.com reports that Academy Award-nominated Juno star, Ellen Page, is attached to the BBC Film version of “Jane Eyre”.
The 21-year-old X-Men: The Last Stand actress will portray the title character in the movie adaptation of Charlotte Bronte’s novel.
“Jane” follows the story of a young orphaned girl who grows up to become a governess.
During her employment, she falls in love with her boss who is hiding a deep, dark secret. Filming of the movie begins this fall.
