Drumline actor, Nick Cannon, and singer Mariah Carey want to take their month-long relationship to the next level.

Los Angeles (CMR) -Drumline actor, Nick Cannon, and singer Mariah Carey want to take their month-long relationship to the next level.

In addition to having gotten married only a couple of weeks ago, Mariah confessed to the Daily Mail that she wants children with her new husband.

“It’s [having children] part of the whole purpose of getting married,” said Mariah.“I’d just want our children to have the best childhood and upbringing they possibly could.”

The New York Daily News reports though, that it was only two months ago when the singer was against having kids and commented that having a child would make her feel “violated”.
