Keanu Reeves as Plastic Man?

Arlington (CMR) - According to CHUD, it’s rumoured that producer Joel Silver stated on German radio that Keanu Reeves would be Eels O’Brien, aka Plastic Man in the Wachowski Brothers’ upcoming film “Plastic Man”.
Prior to “The Matrix” films the Wachowski Brothers wrote a “Plastic Man” script which Silver says will be the basis for this film.
Plastic Man originated in the 1940s. He was a mortal gangster until chemicals leaked into a bullet wound and enabled his body to stretch like rubber.
He then used his skills for good to help the police catch villains.
