New York (CMR) - Access Hollywood has confirmed with the federal Drug Enforcement Administration that a subpoena was issued to Mary-Kate Olsen in the case of Heath Ledger’s fatal overdose earlier this year.

An autopsy showed that “The Dark Knight” star was found with five different prescription drugs in his system at the time of death, two of which were not legally prescribed.

The New York Post reported on Monday that Olsen was demanding immunity in exchange for an interview with federal investigators, though she is the only person connected to the death who has refused to cooperate.

Her link to the case is that Ledger’s masseuse, who found his body, called the 22-year-old actress first, before even contacting the emergency response team.
