Cruise to Star in Raimi’s Sleeper

Tom Cruise Sleeper

New York (CMR) - According to The Hollywood Reporter Tom Cruise is loosely attached to star in the Sam Raimi produced film for Warner Bros. called “Sleeper”.

“Sleeper” is an adaptation of the DC Comic series of the same name which ran from 2003-05 about an operative whose fusion with an alien artefact makes him not feel pain and allows him to pass it onto others through contact.

He is placed undercover in a villainous organization by an intelligence agency and falls for a member of the group, named Miss Misery.

Miss Misery hasn’t been cast yet.

Even though Cruise’s interest is this project is not confirmed it is helping to propel the film forward while drawing more attention to it.
