George Clooney Up in the Air

New York (CMR) - Variety reports that George Clooney Up in the Air is in negotiations to star in Jason Reitman’s adaptation of Walter Kim’s novel “Up in the Air” which is being produced at DreamWorks Pictures.
In the film Clooney will play the role of a ruthless HR executive who becomes obsessed with earning his millionth frequent flyer mile.
After he achieves this goal, Clooney realizes that all of this time away from home has left him without a home life.
Attached to this project are producers Ivan Reitman, Joe Medjuck and Jeff Clifford. Filming will start sometime next year.
