New York (CMR) - Stolen photos of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding her daughter Maddie could constitute child pornography because the 17-year-old actress’ left breast is exposed.
Sources say her fiance Casey Aldridge is the cause of this incident.
According to TMZ: The pics were taken on Casey’s digital camera. He took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies and then tried selling them.
Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could possibly constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting child pornography.
Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.

TMZ got this story wrong. There is no federal law prohibiting pictures of underage breasts being suckled, in the absence of any sexual activity. So the only real issue is if the pictures did get copied or sold without permission.
wow that some dumb shit thats been going on with jamie some people just need to leavr well enough alone. Jamie was spending time with her babygirl,her boyfriend,and family. How dumb is that to take het pictures like that. some people have some growing up to do.
