Tuesday , June 23, 2009 – Is Farrah Fawcett’s condition as bad as reports have said her to be?
The former Charlie’s Angel star has been battling with anal cancer since 2006, when she was first diagnosed with the illness.
The conflicting reports of Fawcett’s stability have people questioning what side to believe.
Many reports have stated that the former sex symbol only has weeks left to live and she is being intravenously fed and off treatment. According to a report from Fox News Ryan O’Neal, Farrahs’ long time partner, stated that Fawcett is in stable condition and remains under treatment still by her doctor.
When the documentary of “Farrah’s Story” was aired on May 15, many of the 62 year olds fans have been giving advice and offering support to her, through some online social sites.
It has been reported from Newsday that on Facebook, Fawcett has about one hundred fan pages with many of the fan pages containing thousands of members. These fans are providing her with advice on how to stay in the battle with her cancer and offering her other treatment options she may have not tried.
Fawcett has had treatment in Germany and in the United States in these past 3 years of her fight.
For 4 months Fawcett was believed to have been cancer free then the grim news was given to her that the cancer had spread to her liver.
Many prayers are being spoken for the former star by her fans, friends and family, for a miracle to appear for a healing.
Farrah has been a strong woman through out this fight and many think she isn’t about to give up on it.
You hear all these different stories about the condition of Farrah Fawcett and your realy don’t know what to believe..But her story inspired me enough to go to the doctor’s and have a test done, as for many years I have had problems myself. I got my results yesterday and the doctor told me I did myself a favor by having the test done, what they removed one week ago last Monday would have turned into cancer, I need to be checked every 3 years now unless I again start having problems. I wish the best Farrah Fawcett and just wanted to thank her for sharing even though I couldn’t really watch the show about her, she did encouraged me through it as well as my family…God Bless
