Reports are now being released indicating that a Los Angeles pharmacist had warned Smith’s internist that the prescriptions written for her after the death of her son would prove lethal. In an unsealed document written by state officials, the medicines were deemed “pharmaceutical suicide”. According to unsealed affidavits obtained Monday by the Los Angeles Times, three separate pharmacists warned Anna Nicole Smith’s doctors about the dangers of her prescriptions. According to the story, the original pharmacist mentioned, refused to fill the prescriptions and later recalled thinking, “They are going to kill her with this.”
Anna Nicole died of an overdose in February 2007. The physicians in question, psychiatrist Khristine Ehroshevich and internist Sandeep Kipoor, as well as Smith’s boyfriend and attorney, Howard K. Stern pleaded not guilty May 13, 2007 to conspiring to illegally provide her with controlled substances. According to documents, both physicians crossed professional lines by having inappropriate sexual contact with the former Playmate, making this case all the more bizarre. Smith’s bodyguard and former boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, father of Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, will likely both be called to the stand in this case by the prosecution. Though the final outcome remains unseen, the physicians in question have a preliminary hearing scheduled for next month.

Some one needs to start riding roughshod on these people that always want to seperate stars and people with money away from their families. Families need to stop wearing their feelings on their sleeves and start going to court to stop some of this insanity. I commend Brittany Spears father on going to court and taking control of her money. leaches don’t want to suck off of you if there is no money to suck. Cut off the money, cut off the leaches. Aleta
