Talk show queen and media mogul Oprah Winfrey’s production company, Harpo, announced Tuesday in Chicago that Ms. Winfrey will be interviewing former Governor of Alaska and controversial former Republican Vice Presidential nominee, Sarah Palin. The interview will air on November 16 at Oprah’s daily 4p.m. (Central) slot on ABC.
Ms. Winfrey is a professional, but one has to wonder about the contents of this interview, with Oprah being such an openly huge supporter of then-candidate-and-Senator Barack Obama, while Mrs. Palin took plenty of shots as Obama during the campaign, as well as a few on health care reform since Mr. Obama has been President.
The “Oprah” interview will be the first time Ms. Winfrey and Mrs. Palin have met. It is also been announced that this interview will be the first promotional interview for Palin’s new book, “Going Rogue: An American Life,” according to Harpo.
Sarah Palin’s book was listed at Number 4 on Amazon.com’s Best Seller list on Tuesday; “Rogue” is set to be released Tuesday, November 17th, one day after the “Oprah” interview will air. Though it will be interesting to watch what is covered in this interview, as Ms. Winfrey and Mrs. Palin certainly have different ways of communicating to an audience, it is safe to bet that the interview will be equally beneficial for both ladies, ratings for Oprah and book sales for Palin. We can sit back and wait for the magic to happen.

I will not watch the program and I am/was a palin supporter. SHAME ON YOU SARAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!! . You dis Fox News where your base is and go to the one who dissed you, and helped the communist get elected. Again, shame on you. How are you any different than your almost to be son in-law.?
I WILL NOT WATCH THIS SHOW!!! Oprah claims she will not bring a politician on the show. She brings Mrs. Obama……She will not get political but she follows Obama around to encourage people to vote for him. She obviously believe this guy’s inexperience is a lot better than Clinton’s 8 years in the white house and senator of New York? BUT of course she doesn’t want to get political. Then when she had the opportunity to bring palin on to talk about her personal life she chose not to since it might hurt the BLACK nominee. Hmm….Makes you think whether or not she is racist…..whoops…..I have learned through this election black people cannot be racist….WTF???? I am not a fan of Palin but believe equal rights for women. She has dissed two important ladies running for high powered positions. I’m sure Oprah knew these two women would represent GREAT change to America but she chose to ignore this. I have lost my respect for her.
