Robert Pattinson Not Impressed With Twilight Movies

Robert Pattinson, star of the “Twilight Saga: New Moon” movie, admits the two Twilight movies did not impress him. In a recent interview, Robert said, “I’ve watched the movies twice but they didn’t wow me.” Robert, who is the vampire Edward Cullen in the movies, also thought that the description of his character, by novelist Stephanie Meyer, was “ridiculous” and hard to take seriously. Robert said, “I read the first book and found it quite good. But the description of my character is, from the first page on, completely ridiculous. It says, ‘He enters a room, and his beauty is almost painful.’”. Robert plans on finishing his contract for the “Twilight” series and then wants to pursue a singing career, as he stated, “I’ll record a few tracks as soon as I finish the promotion for the movies, but before I won’t to do anything. I don’t want to release an album which has a sticker on it saying, ‘By the vampire of ‘Twilight’,’ on it.” Robert wants his singing career to be based on his talent and not just a benefit of his popularity from “Twilight”.
