Jersey Shore On Strike For Season 3

“Jersey Shore” is on strike! According to TMZ, due to contract issues the crew decided to refuse to continue filming season 3 until they got a better deal. Snooki and The Situation were supposed to start filming the at-home part of the show. However with the film process at a halt will there even be a season 3 of Jersey Shore?

It’s not like the world would be missing much besides spray-on tans and back-room confessions about fried pickles. It’s unusual for stars on their third season, especially ones that aren’t actors, to ask for a pay increase. However it seems that nothing is above the Jersey Shore cast members.

We hope that season 3 will soon get back into production, if it doesn’t the show will not be ready in time for its scheduled premiere. Hopefully the new season will be filled with drinking and fights just like the last 2 seasons have been. Seriously, who wouldn’t ask for a pay increase to party?
