MLB Draft 2010 First Round Draft Picks Results

MLB Draft 2010 got off to an expected start with the Washington Nationals choosing Bryce Harper from the College of Southern Nevada as the first pick of the 2010 draft. Pittsburgh and Baltimore used their first picks to select a pair of High School standouts in Jameson Taillon and Manny Machado. Kansas City took short stop Christian Colon from Cal. State Fullerton followed by Cleveland, Arizona, and New York Mets taking three pitchers in Drew Pomeranz, Barret Loux, and Matt Harvey. MLB Draft 2010 will resume on Tuesday at 12 noon eastern time and will continue with all 50 rounds being completed by Wednesday if all goes according to plans.
