American Idol Season Premiere Starts With Controversy

Well the 24 finalists are about to be chosen, Simon is ready for his last season, and Ellen is up to the challenge. American Idol is sparked with controversy as one Golden Ticket winner will not be in the “Hollywood” round this Tuesday. Danielle Hayes, a contestant from Seattle Washington, gave a remarkable performance that landed her a coveted “Golden Ticket” that should have guaranteed her a spot on the show. Not so fast though as show producers have confirmed Danielle was not in the show tonight. When CMR contacted Danielle all we could get was that she could not comment due to “contract restrictions”.  All references to Hayes have been removed from the American Idol web site. This seems odd and even Idol executives are keeping strangely silent on the matter. So what happened to one of the best contestants we have seen this year? Hopefully we will know soon but one can reason that American Idol Season 9 will be the loser without Danielle there to compete.
