Brooke Burke Co-Hosts With Tom Bergeron on Dancing With The Stars

This morning Tom Bergeron announced that Brooke Burke will be his co-host on dancing with the stars when the series resumes on March 22.

“She cleans up nice,” Bergeron said. “She’ll be able to talk to the couples backstage with the perspective of having been through it herself.”

She replaces Samantha Harris. At the end of January Harris announced was made that she would not be returning to DWTS. Although she said that her work on DWTS could not have been more of a dream job, she needed to focus on other projects like her correspondent duties at “The Insider.”

Burke was the 2008 season winner, and has hosted TV shows including “Rock Star” and “Wild On!” She also has over 1.7 million Twitter followers. Her early modeling career includes working for Venus Swimwear and Frederick’s of Hollywood. In 2007 she gained notoriety when she was listed as one of Blender’s hottest women of film and TV.
