The movie “Kick Ass” is a comic book fantasy about a boy who dreams of greatness and tries to get it, but this is no kids movie. In this movie, the character “Kick Ass”, played by Aaron Johnson, decides he is going to be a great super hero and goes out and gets the costume to do it with. The problem is that he doesn’t have any superpowers and only a costume. This movie is a non stop thrill ride that will make you feel ashamed of laughing at some parts. I was amazed that I would be laughing at such violence and gore, but the movie made me do it, I swear. If you are weak stomached then stay away from “Kick Ass” as you will not have a good time. Nicholas Cage (Big Daddy) and Chloe Grace Moretz (Hit Girl) are an awesome father and daughter vigilante team that will have you wanting to see more. All in all, I was impressed by this movie as it blended violence, gore and comedy together very well. Kick Ass is one of the must see movies of 2010 as it is non stop action and comedy from start to finish.
